Arpali Software Consulting, Ltd. was founded in 1998 by Kenneth Herndon, who, at the time, had just completed a 2.5 year stint working on a top-secret research project at Sony Electronics. The goals of this new company were, and still are, to bring dedicated software development services to clients who require and demand the highest-quality expertise available.
